Purpose Statement
To assume ownership for the banking hall and ensure quality service is delivered to new and existing walk in clients. The BB Service consultant will also be responsible for providing lending support , credit fufillment , security documentation checks and preparation of credit applications for and on behalf of the business centre.
Deliver a quality client service and provide channel or product advice to clients.
Coordinate the branch flow to ensure efficient functioning and guide clients through our service channels.
Provide account analysis support to assist with processing of credit requests and fufillment of credit applications covenants and general credit support..
Experience
Minimum:
1-2 years work experience
Ideal:
1 to 2 years Business Banking experience
Qualifications (Minimum)
Diploma in Commerce or Business Management
Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)
A relevant degree in Commerce or Business Management
Knowledge
Minimum:
Business / commercial concepts, how businesses work.
Basic banking concepts, accounts, credit etc.
Standards, behaviour, disciplines and practices in places of work.
Ideal:
Business banking environment including features, benefits and value propositions of products & services General banking practices and procedures.
Credit principles and practices, including an understanding of credit application, securities and balance sheet requirements. .
The Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
Client relationship management and service principles.
